okay, friends, this is it!
tomorrow we will board a pretty blue plane.
tomorrow we will be on our way to beautiful korea.
tomorrow we will finally be in the same country and city as choi boy.
tomorrow we will be just ONE day away from meeting our son.
eeeeeeeek! ;)
when we were waiting for our travel call, we initially thought we'd hop on a plane the very next day. looking back on these last few days, there is NO way we would have been able to do that!
the last few days have been filled with crazy busyness, making lists (and checking them twice!), trying to complete the lists (and *usually* succeeding) all while trying to enjoy our last few days of being just the two of us.
we installed (okay, the hubs installed) car seats, we learned how to use the ergo (didn't manage to get to the stroller part), we put together some toys, we cleaned, and we packed and packed and packed.
do you see all the care packages? so honored to be delivering them!
at one point, we forced ourselves to stop packing, and made the effort to go on one more date:
we were going to do dinner and a movie, but made it only through dinner before declaring ourselves too pooped to sit through a movie! (hmmm, forshadowing?)
we spent some extra quality snuggle time with this girl:
and got ready to bid adieu to our little home for the last time as a family of two.
the next time we are stateside, we will be three! :)
p.s. have you seen this? totally unrelated, but the title of the post reminded me of it. love that cheno!
