so, here we go again!
from real simple magazine:
i've seen these around and i still can't decide how i feel about them. they are equal parts intriguing, hilarious, and freaky. the hubs on the other hand, wants one. for himself.
choi boy channels his inner spiderman!
my cousin came and stayed with us over thanksgiving break. she is a senior at NYU tisch majoring in film and animation and she is super talented. she was playing legos with choi boy and in about two seconds, whipped up these cool dudes:
don't they look like the rock 'em sock 'em robots??
cb LOVED them. and then properly and predictably destroyed them within in 20 minutes.
which is sad because his parents will probably never be able to create something as cool.
unless towers are considered cool.
i'm really good at towers.
at open play at a kids' gym:
discovery table filled with giant pompoms, clear tubes, and small measuring cups = genius and so much fun!
jumping off the teeter totter without warning your buddy?
= not cool. sorry, B!
best dinnertime
best adult product copy-cat'ed from a kids product.
that is, until they make twinkle toes in grown-up sizes!
i kid.
maybe.
getting creative with eemo while waiting for our food:
also, teenage mutant ninja turtle in training.
mini piper has been choi boy's lovey since we sent her over to korea in his first birthday package. the fact that she has traveled to korea ahead of us to our boy and then back home with all of us makes her extra special. we even had to get a back-up travel mini (that leaves the house with him) so we wouldn't lose OG mini.
my mom, being very thoughtful and sweet, bought an even smaller stuffed black lab thinking cb could just carry that one around and that it could even fit in his jacket pocket if he needed to stash her away.
mini, meet tiny.
:)
unfortunately, though, it didn't work and now cb insists on carrying around mini *and* tiny. oh well. ;)
here are mini piper and tiny piper with their namesake.
as you can see, the stink eye prevails!
and lastly, what might be my favorite instagram pic ever:
:)
i'm just going to pretend that whole sitch is all about his love of books and reading rather than his love of tractors and trucks. mmmk?
happy friday!

ReplyDeleteOh and the last picture of course...cuteness overload! I'm sure I've told you that I sucked the same two fingers but on my left hand.
Love the last dog! how funny! I had NO idea there existed adult gummy vitamins!!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, that last photo really is one of the best shots ever! I love that you snapped it. As for the toddler knit hat with beard thing - I know exactly how I feel about it. I hate it. It's CREEPY!!!!!
