le-le-le-lemon face.

(i apologize for that totally lame musical allusion in the title. i couldn't help myself.)

a few weeks ago, while eating out at a restaurant, choi boy swiped a lemon from me and tried it.

he LOVED it.

and he's been swiping lemons from me ever since.

part of me thinks that his love of lemons is actually a love of the laughter he gets when he makes his little sour faces.

  6. D is a lemon fan too. The first time it happened sort in error. He was CONVINCED it was an orange. We told him it wasn't. He didn't belive us. What do we know, after all? Turns out...he loves them and repeatedly asked for more. My little brother also LOVED them when he was a little boy/toddler. I suspect it is universal...a lovely sour, puckery sensation!

  12. I'm getting a sour face just seeing these pictures of cb eating lemons! He is such a ham, I love it! I'm just catching up on your blog and am glad you are surviving the transition back to work. Ugh, I remember it well and went through the exact same thing. I think cb will figure it all out quickly, though, and will soon love his time playing and learning at daycare while feeling secure that you will always come back to get him. Oh and I love how he can be cheered up by lunch -- hee hee! :-)
